Do not await every document before checking deadlines. Besides five years, a reasonable deadline or special interaction may require earlier action. Claiming does not make everything immediately due.
Disinheritance does not automatically invalidate a will. A validity challenge needs its own facts and legal grounds. Separate claim, information, deadlines and costs into clear tasks.
